Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the US costs $6.95. Orders from $80 ship for free. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time for our products is 2–4 weeks. This longer delivery time is necessary because our products are handmade and quality-checked. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at info@lumisstones.com.
Processing time
Order processing can take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing and handing your order over to the carrier. Once this is complete, we will send you your tracking number.
How do I get my tracking number?
Tracking information is available within 5–10 days. Tracking details are shared once your order has shipped: you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not heard from us, please contact our support team at info@lumisstones.com.
Can I change my order?
We work very quickly to process orders so you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Complete order”, but after that point we are unable to make changes to your order.
Delays
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most delays are caused by customs, which unfortunately are outside our control. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding if this happens.
Split shipments
We aim to ship only complete orders. In some cases, however, your order may be split into several packages, mainly because items ship from different warehouses. In that case you will receive two or more tracking numbers. Don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once – they will reach you!

Because gemstones are natural materials, stone colors and shapes may vary slightly from piece to piece, making each of our handcrafted items unique (just like you ♡).
